Intense sadness, guilt, compassion, confusion, powerlessness. I and I imagine many others, feel this seeing the situation in Gaza worsening day by day: watching but unable to help. So many innocent lives and generations to come lost or in pain, so much intentful damage and destruction done. Ashamed and frustrated that our government is doing next to nothing to stop the oppressor who is breaking many humanitarian international laws for so many years.
Even though the situation, for all wars going on right now, feels hopeless, there are ways to help or to protest in a small or bigger way. Sign a petition, support NGO’s or tick a box for political parties that are for humanitarian rights an aid, that are for speaking out instead of letting (any) war unfold. Share, watch, protest, or follow NGO’s who report from the ground. Or print/hang up a poster.We can make a (little) difference, let’s not give up hope.
